My name is Aaron Land and I am a second generation Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (NMT). I've practiced in Baltimore, MD for over five years. My office environment is very professional and conducive to relaxation, as I provide aromatherapy and clean filtered air.

My therapy sessions involve massage, some stretching and sensitizing the tissue's needs. I enjoy working with all types of clients of all ages, helping them reach their personal goals.
Are you very stressed or in pain? Do you need maintenance massages? You may be looking to improve your performance for a specific activity like singing, running, or any athletic sport. I can help you maximize your body's full potential with specialized therapy. Many of my clients have also benefited from gait and posture training. I also offer core training and stretching instruction in two ways, as an addition to your massage therapy to maximize results or as a personal trainer.
